Summary: refresh on diagram forgets to draw internal objects

When viewing the broker diagram, the internal addresses and internal queues are
initially not shown. When they are selected the corresponding objects are
properly shown.
After using the button "Refresh", the internal objects are no longer visible,
even though the checkboxes are still selected. When the checkboxes are
re-selected (off, then on), the objects are visible again.
A small usability note(or request): many GUIs have the checkbox before the
label. Artemis has them behind the label. That is fine, except that there is no
spacing between the elements to make that clear.
