Clebert Suconic commented on AMQ-8149:
--------------------------------------
[~behm015] There are companies offering the level of support you're requesting
here with a contract support, both in Artemis, ActiveMQ, RabbitMQ. I suggest
whatever is the path you take, this is not something people do it for free..
For Instance Red Hat offers an Operator for Artemis as part of their offering..
Amazon has the same on their AMQ...
Rabbit has similar offerings on their end.
Saying a software is not production ready.. any software have bugs by
definition (or interpretation wrong to your own definitions) as all of these
companies offer this level of support at a cost. We do our best effort with
fixing issues on a good faith but the level of pressure and tone you're using
here does not really fit with "free" services.
If you come around with Artemis we would do our best to accomodate your
requirements. Same with AMQ classic... And I'm sure if you go to the RabbitMQ
route, you should not have the same attitude towards them..
I'm not trying to have any argument here.. just wanted to bring this to your
attention here. We all try our best on the open source community. and have fun
whatever is the path you choose.
