Perhaps the problem is the address you're using. You identify it as
{{[email protected]}}. However, the actual list is
{{[email protected]}} (notice the *s* on {{users}}). In any case, you
should be able to subscribe using {{[email protected]}}. You
could also try {{[email protected]}}.
Nabble itself is a free service that makes the mailing list accessible via the
web. It's not run by Apache so any problems with it have to be fixed by Nabble
administrators.
