The broker already supports {{anycastPrefix}} and {{multicastPrefix}} to define
the routing type used for auto-created addresses and queues. It should also
support a prefix to identify when these resources should be _temporary_.
This is mainly for STOMP use-cases for users migrating from ActiveMQ 5.x which
supports the hard-coded {{/temp-queue/}} and {{/temp-topic/}} prefixes.
