It's worth noting that the {{ActiveMQConnectionFactory}} implementation you're
using is from the OpenWire JMS client shipped with ActiveMQ 5.x. However, the
{{clientFailureCheckPeriod}} parameter you're attempting to use is for the core
JMS client shipped with ActiveMQ Artemis. You can't mix parameters between
these two implementations as they are not compatible at that level.
In order to investigate further you need to provide additional details. For
example, do you have a reliable way to reproduce this? Do you have thread dumps
from the client during the time the delay is observed?
