To clarify, I wasn't saying that 2.18.0 has an {{omitPayload}} flag. I only
stated that 2.18.0 would have the new
{{management-message-attribute-size-limit}} from ARTEMIS-3175. My point about
the {{omitPayload}} flag is that such a flag _could be added_ to {{browse}} in
lieu of changing {{listMessagesAsJson}} or {{listMessages}}.
