Couple of questions:
* When you say "paging flag" what exactly do you mean? Are you talking about
the {{paging}} boolean visible from the management API?
* Can you clarify your configuration (e.g. attach your broker.xml files)?
* What do you mean by "resetting the broker"? Do you restart the broker?
