There are various karaf client integration tests, under
tests/karaf-client-integration-tests, which do not currently work when running
the build+tests on Java 11. They sit around waiting for a while, taking 15+mins
to fail.
Upgrading pax-exam to 4.13.4 and karaf to 4.3.1 gets the tests running and
passing (in ~1min).
