Cluster controllers use the server locator relative to the default cluster
connection to monitor the nodes of the cluster. In a cluster with 2 nodes, a
live and a backup, the server locator of the cluster controller of the backup
node connects to the live node and after the live crash it connects to the
backup node creating a connection loop.
