Review comment:
actually.. it's not a mistake....
the point here is that the sweeping should be enough of a delay here to make
sure the queues are not removed.. even though the destination keeps being used.
The issue is with deleting / creating queues within the reconnects...
auto-delete with default 0 would give you a lot of issues.
We should address this with a later commit on a future version where we use
a single threaded destination manager.. but that's something that would require
more timing and not something I could address on this release.
I will add a comment to why I'm doing 10 seconds on this one.
