Why should be better changing the HawtIO Plugin OSGi import package for
javax.servlet from "[2.6,3)" to "2.6"?
According to the [Versions in
OSGi|https://bnd.bndtools.org/chapters/170-versioning.html#versions-in-osgi]
page this would change javax.servlet import range from `version >=2.6 and
version < 3` to `version == 2.6`.
