[~AntonRoskvist] am understanding the side note now, but I am not sure of the
benefit over OFF_WITH_REDISTRIBUTION, I think it will only depend on the
redistribution delay and effect latency. In terms of disk ops, the message will
always be persisted on the local broker and routed to a local or remote
binding. on redistribution it will be forwarded, but that is also what happens
with a remote binding, it is "store and forward" in both cases.
If there is some more benefit that I am not seeing, feel free to raise a
separate enhancement issue where it can be addressed.
