See the earlier changes in ARTEMIS-3612. The update to 2.14.2 has already
removed log4j 1.x (seemingly done in 2.14.1 [1]), and the changes made to use
2.14.2 here also stripped the Log4J2 deps [2] since the console bits use SLF4J
and will pick up the logging impl from the broker. (Updating to 2.14.4 still
makes sense of course)
