The tools used to generate HTML docs from Markdown are out of date. Notably,
GitBook CLI is now
[deprecated|https://github.com/GitbookIO/gitbook#%EF%B8%8F-deprecation-warning],
but [honkit|https://github.com/honkit/honkit] is a viable replacement.
