Description:
xbean-spring plugin it quite dated
1. Upgrade xbean-spring plugin dependency and the qdox dependency to 1.12.1
2. Update exclude list to cover classes that have 'xbean-like' headers but not
fully xbean annotated
3. Note: add activemq-partition as an optional dep to clear out a warn message
at build time
