After shutting down the backup server, the console successfully reports that
there's no more replication ({_}replicating: false) -{_} after about10 seconds
when reloading the page. The problem is that {*}it still reports 1 backup
server{*}. There should be no backup servers present.
If i restart the live server, the console now correctly reports "Backups: 0".
