Description:
{{getNumberOfMessages()}} and {{getMessageCount()}} both return the same metric
albeit in different ways. This is confusing and should be refactored.
Also, {{getNumberOfMessages()}} inspects both "local" and "remote" queue
bindings which is wrong. This can result in differences between the values
reported by each.
