This was changed via ARTEMIS-2942 where the proxy was disabled by default which
means the "Connect" tab is no longer visible. You can enable it again by
removing {{-Dhawtio.disableProxy=true}} from {{artemis.profile}} (or
{{artemis.profile.cmd on Windows}}).
The documentation referring to the "Connect" tab wasn't updated when this
change was made. I'll update it.
