The extra-tests have grown unused up to the point they are rotten... I don't
think anyone really cares or run them.
I tried running them, and it was up to a point that would be a major task to
clean them up and make them operational.. for the point that no one was really
paying attention to them.
So, I am removing them... and if anyone cares enough to keep them their history
will be on git log for eventual recovery if it gets to that point.
The Byteman tests are fragile.. even though they are eventually useful to
figure out things, their interceptors are text based and any minor refactoring
would make them useless.
We should be doing more soak-tests and brute force tests... or if we really
need introduced failures we should rather play with our own interceptors or
inheritance as we do in a few places.. (at least compilation time would flag
any refactoring or need to fix them).
