Description:
This might be two separate bugs:
# After upgrading from version 2.22.0 to 2.25.0 we were facing a situation
where messages, already queued or paged before the upgrade are not delivered to
consumers. New messages, arriving at the broker after the upgrade were handled
normally.
# To avoid the above situation on other nodes, we wanted to export the old
journal and reimport it before restarting the upgraded version. The export
however runs OOM:
