Description:
The double quotes around %ARTEMIS_OOME_DUMP% in the artemis.cmd file are
causing the following messages:
{code}
The system cannot find the path specified.
The syntax of the command is incorrect.

This is because the value is already quoted at the point of creation in
artemis.profile.cmd
was:
