There's little to no documentation on what to do if I lose my data, for example
due to the split-brain situation, in which case one broker has to be turned off
in order to get back to the live-backup setup.
Backup broker then creates the {{oldreplica}} directory which may contain some
important messages, but how do I pick the ones I'm interested in and send them
back to the live broker to process them?
