Description:
The queues (e.g. {{$sys.mqtt.retain.xxx}}) holding MQTT retained message are
not automatically deleted even if messageCount=0, such as when the message
expires or a zero-length payload is sent.
The workaround requires manually deleting unused topics which is inconvenient.
