Persistent bridge configurations were implemented in ARTEMIS-4016 so that
aspect should be working in 2.28.0. That said, persistent connector
configurations are _not_ supported so that may be preventing the bridge from
redeploying once the broker is restarted.
Do you have any logs you can share or a way to simply reproduce what you're
seeing?
