You mean defining the camel routes directly in the activemq.xml ? Fair enough:
wdyt about having a camel folder not included by default in the distribution or
having a dedicated distribution ? Furthermore, I'm not sure if it's a good
approach, I would rather recommend users to use camel "externally" from
activemq distribution.
