OK, so adding an authentication plugin in the broker configuration.
IMHO, I would rather use a semantic env variable: something like
{{ACTIVEMQ_CONNECTION_AUTH_USER}} and {{{}ACTIVEMQ_CONNECTION_AUTH_PASSWORD{}}}.
We can also add {{{}ACTIVEMQ_WEB_USER{}}}, {{{}ACTIVEMQ_JMX_USER{}}}, ... for
the other kind of credentials.
