We will need to be able to generate new Openwire versions going forward to
support things like JMS 2.0 and Jakarta Messaging. The old Openwire generator
no longer works on JDK 11+ due to the removed doclet API that it was relying on
so we need to use this new version going forward which is annotation based.
This project needs to be revived and is quite out of date so this Jira is to
bring the build up to date first before starting to made modifications to
Openwire.
