[~mattrpav] - You mentioned possibly wanted to take a look at this, so if you
want you can assign this to yourself or I can also do it when I get a chance,
up to you. We should import the new JUnit 5 bom for when we do update. The main
thing that has to get fixed is going to be the parameterized tests as JUnit5
changes the set up for that so that will require a bit of refactoring.
