   I'm starting to see more consumer v provider BOM separation. This helps cut 
down on the secondary bom imports when used by consumer-only users. 
   
   I guess it comes down to if we _also_ include the big dependencies (Spring, 
Jetty, etc) in depenencyManagement or *only* provide the org.apache.activemq 
artifacts.
   
   ActiveMQ has a bunch of _optional_ dependencies (like jmdns, etc) that 
probably need to be considered for inclusion into a bom.
