some people rely on this output to be useable in tools like AWK or other
processors. that would cause problems when header and/or data are wrapped. is
there at least an option that prevents all wrapping? (at the expense of very
wide tables). In the example from Justin, the numeric columns are smaller than
the maxColumnSize, yet they still wrap the header.
