I sent a PR that integrates with {{CaffeineCacheMetrics}}. I actually
integrated with {{CaffeineStatsCounter}} first, but it didn't actually track
the _size_ of the cache which I thought was pretty important (and was
specifically requested on this Jira).
Also, the fact that there's no "artemis." prefix isn't a big deal in my opinion
because _none_ of the Micrometer-specific metrics that we integrate with (i.e.
JVM memory, JVM threads, JVM GC, file descriptors, Netty, CPU, uptime, &
logging) have this prefix.
