The second commit

was not in 2.29.0 (as the first commit

is) but was instead part of 2.32.0 via [PR
4687|https://github.com/apache/activemq-artemis/pull/4687]. It re-used this
earlier Jira in its reference, but should have had its own Jira as the first
was already released.
