_Some_ sessions used for internal management start with {{management::}}, but
not all of them do. You can see 2 sessions being created for MQTT clients in
{{org.apache.activemq.artemis.core.protocol.mqtt.MQTTConnectionManager#connect}}.
Neither of these are named with {{management::}}.
