INFRA created a new asf organisation on NuGet (see INFRA-25617).
Note from log4net team:
We already migrated added log4net to the organisation, you might consider
adding the packages from ApacheActiveMQ too.
The advantage of such a solution is that somebody at INFRA has always access to
the asf organisation and can add new admins to the packages, even if everybody
forgot their password. cc/ [~vy]
