Those links mean nothing to folks without write access to the repo, so you
should comment what is _actually_ being updated. Ideally theyd have their own
Jiras normally.
The title also might cause more concern than needed; is the console itself
actually affected by any of the issues in the dependencies being updated? Or
are these just regular dep updates from a user perspective?
