Summary: Make `paused` state better visible

If an address or queue is paused or not (and if pause is persisted) is not
easily visible, despite being a rather important state.
It would be helpful to have that marked more prominently than Tab Queues where
that isn't even a default column.
For addresses this apparently is diesplayed nowhere at all, despite being part
of an addresse's operations.
I think it merits a place on the addresse's Status tab.
