Description:
We currently have the following modules that replicate existing modules but
with all references to {{javax}} replaced with {{jakarta}}:
* artemis-jakarta-cdi-client
* artemis-jakarta-client
* artemis-jakarta-client-all
* artemis-jakarta-ra
* artemis-jakarta-server
* artemis-jakarta-service-extensions
We can remove all these and simply use {{jakarta}} directly in all the modules
that these replicate. Furthermore, we can use Maven relocation to ease the
transition for users so that they only have to change the {{<version>}} and not
necessarily the {{<artifactId>}} in their {{pom.xml}} files.
