Timothy A. Bish reopened ARTEMIS-5381:
--------------------------------------
An additional bit of work is needed here for the FQQN path when the remote
demand is removed and the federation resource is being cleaned up it must
handle the queue name coming from the FQQN and not the link name.
> auto increment of link name in amqp address federation can lead to missing
> messages on restart

> The fix for ARTEMIS-5135 adds an auto increment identity to the link names
> used by address federation consumers.
> this means that they change after a restart, or are order dependent on
> startup. In any event, if there are local durable consumers, and there are
> messages produced while the local broker is stopped, they will exist on the
> original link and won't be pulled on the recreated link after restart.
