There are a couple of chapters in the hacking guide with information related to
specific IDEs as well as IDE-specific files in the {{etc/ide-settings}}
directory in the source repo. We should remove this documentation and these
files as they are unmaintained technical debt at this point.
ARTEMIS-3101 was opened _several years ago_ complaining that the Eclipse files
in {{etc/ide-settings}} were out-of-date even back then.
