Paul McCulloch updated AMQ-9728:
--------------------------------
    Description:
The zip release included the bin/activemq shell script, but omits the
referenced setenv script.

This results in unexpected behavior (unable to connect to JMX) when using the
zip as a cross platform deployment mechanism.

As an aside -if someone knows why -Dcom.sun.management.jmxremote is required
for JMX access I'd be interested to know. [Modern Java enables this by
default|https://docs.oracle.com/en/java/javase/17/management/monitoring-and-management-using-jmx-technology.html#GUID-096EA656-4D07-4B09-A493-9EDEF83ABF28]
