The documentation says that the settings "durable", "last_value" and
"last_value_key" can be reloaded in runtime, but when the settings are reloaded
in addresses.xml the parameters of those settings are not changed in the web
console.
Case:
1 Create a queue with settings "durable", "last_value" and "last_value_key"
2 Change the parameters of those settings in runtime in addresses
Expected: the parameters of the settings "durable", "last_value" and
"last_value_key" in the web console for the queue changed
Actual: the parameters of the settings "durable", "last_value" and
"last_value_key" in the web console for the queue stay unchanged
