To be clear, disabling audit logging helps, but there are still problems with
management use-cases involving Jolokia which means the web console doesn't work
at all. You really need to set {{-Djava.security.manager=allow}} in order to
have a functional environment for a standalone broker with JDK 23. This is
likely not a problem for embedded use-cases where management is programmatic.
