Ah yes - my bad - I forgot to mention jolokia-server-detector JAR which is kind
of a _framework_ for particular integration like jolokia-integration-artemis.
I'll review this Jolokia PR soon. I think it worked in {{-javaagent}} case and
I may have missed the WAR scenario.
