Description:
The documentation says that the settings {{durable}}, {{last-value}}, and
{{last-value-key}} can be reloaded at runtime, but when the settings are
reloaded in {{broker.xml}} the parameters of those settings are not changed in
the web console.
How to reproduce:
# Create a queue with settings {{durable}}, {{last-value}}, and
{{last-value-key}}
# Change the parameters of those settings at runtime
Expected Outcome:
The parameters of the settings {{durable}}, {{last-value}}, and
{{last-value-key}} in the web console for the queue changed
Actual Outcome:
The parameters of the settings {{durable}}, {{last-value}}, and
{{last-value-key}} in the web console for the queue stay unchanged

Case:
1 Create a queue with settings "durable", "last_value" and "last_value_key"
2 Change the parameters of those settings in runtime in addresses
Expected: the parameters of the settings "durable", "last_value" and
"last_value_key" in the web console for the queue changed
Actual: the parameters of the settings "durable", "last_value" and
"last_value_key" in the web console for the queue stay unchanged
