The key is a {{SimpleString}} which represents the name of the address
(potentially prefixed with {{BRIDGE.}}), but the _value_ is a
{{DuplicateIDCache}} and that's what's really leaking here. There's no need to
remove an orphaned {{BRIDGE.}} address because such a thing doesn't exist.
However, there is an orphaned {{BRIDGE.}} cache that should be removed.
