I cannot reproduce today - I tested {{main}} console branch by running yarn
build and applying it to a broker running v2.42.0, and a v2.45.0-SNAPSHOT
(e86ea0f622f059784aa9a66fd4fd15874ac660e6 from Nov 14th).
v2.45.0 has the default management.xml configuration while v2.42.0 has some
additional roles.
"admin" user with amq role works on both installations, and I also tested a
user with a manager role on 2.42.0, and everything is in order.
I couldn't test it via running {{yarn start}} as the calls to jolokia were
returning http 500, so it seems whatever I touch breaks somehow.
