Have you tried using the [latest
release|https://artemis.apache.org/components/artemis/download/]? Anything past
2.44.0 is fully compatible with Java 25 as noted in [the
documentation|https://activemq.apache.org/components/artemis/documentation/latest/versions.html#2-44-0].
