We can modify the GSISSHAbstractCluster.getOutputifAvailable() like following.
stdErrorString.contains(command) is checking if the error belong to issued
command so even there are module error or any other messages in stderr, we will
ignore all that. I need to test it yet.
if(stdOutputString == null || "".equals(stdOutputString)){
log.error("-------------- Standard output came as empty, so this
poll is going to fail --------------");
}
if (stdErrorString != null && stdErrorString.contains(command)) {
log.error("Standard Error output : " + stdErrorString);
