Create a API to emulate Airavata API to test security and thrift versions.
Immediate need is to have an experimental test for the following:
* Update to thrift 0.9.2 and test thrift client and server multi-plexing
* Develop and validate API authorization manager to secure all API calls.
* Evaluate API load balancing stratergies
