Eroma closed AIRAVATA-1549.

Resolution: Cannot Reproduce
In http://dev.test-drive.airavata.org/portal/pga/public/ ran Amber Sander and
Echo on BR2 several times in past few days. They got COMPLETED successfully
with output.
Randomly there are times which AmberSander FAILED but they cannot be reproduced
all the time.
